Vincent's pizza requirements:

The pizza must have both cheese and pizza sauce. BBQ sauce is not acceptable.

The following toppings are acceptable:
 * artichoke hearts
 * green peppers
 * mushrooms
 * onions
 * black olives
 * tomatoes
 * bacon
 * ham
 * pepperoni
 * salami
 * sausage

The following toppings are not acceptable:
 * green olives
 * pineapple

Any subset of acceptable toppings is good. Toppings not on either list might or might not be acceptable.
